SAN DIEGO, CA: The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for the overall strategy and budget of BofIs marketing plan, and be responsible for BofIs digital marketing initiatives including, social media, paid search, SEO, SEM and display advertising.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategy plans intended to differentiate BofI from competitors and optimize organic growth using highly efficient and effective channels.
Managing the groups annual budget; focus on efficiency and value driving initiatives.
Develop and implement an effective talent management strategy to attract retain and develop marketing talent.
Further progress and ensure consistent representation of the Banks brands across all communication channels.
Mastermind all stages of marketing campaigns,reviewing campaigns, approving campaigns and reporting progress.
Drive the progression of the BofIs website to enable sales via increased lead flow.
Align marketing activities, backing the realization of objectives in the strategic plan.
Develop and calculate key metrics around the business including user acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates and ROI on campaigns and product profitability analysis.
Leverage data and analytics to drive insights.
Monitor online and social channels for reputation and response management; acting on and routing issues, as appropriate, to manage them.
Ensure all marketing communications are coordinated,support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.
Utilize data to gain insight into trending, sentiment levels, user experience and behavior in order to drive the appropriate digital marketing, mobile and social strategies.
Examine web site visitor behavior, click streams and paths.
Optimize results through A/B testing, copy tests,landing page optimization and offer testing.
Identify new trends, opportunities and vendors to continually evolve digital programs.
Desired Career Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of related experience, at least10 must be in a senior management marketing role
Demonstrable experience to support the job description bullet points above
Financial Services Experience
Experience in employing data and analytics to achieve maximum ROI
Experience leading digital initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Proven track record of demonstrating exceptional results in digital marketing programs
Experience with business intelligence tools
Web marketing experience
Strong track record of lead generation and increasing sales opportunities
Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving, and decision making skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prepare presentations to explain the companys current and future strategies

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work demands amongst frequently changing priorities and deadlines
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a highly recognized university required
Masters Degree strongly preferred
