WAYNE, NJ: The William Paterson University of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as “WPUNJ”, is soliciting proposals from highly qualified full-service companies specializing in student search services; targeted sophomore, junior & senior search, inquiry qualification, direct mail, email communication, E-application hosting & development, application generation and conversion, event optimization, live online chats, customized communications and targeted phone campaigns leading to increased enrollment and an increase in overall SAT/ACT and GPA.
All proposals must be sealed and received by the University’s Purchasing Department on or before 2p.m. on April 18, 2012. Proposals must be sent to William Paterson University – Purchasing Office, 358 Hamburg Turnpike, PO Box 913, Wayne, NJ 07470-0913.

The University has 1.9 million square feet in 40 main campus buildingsThe successful bidder will provide a full range of services that will allow WPUNJ to increase qualified inquiries, applications and enrollment. The bidder must provide opt out services, provide regular and secure transactional communications between the CRM Solution and the University’s Enterprise wide platform (SunGard HE BANNER).
All Vendors must minimally be able to provide the following services in order to bid on this RFP:

- Customized electronic and print messaging
- Personalized content development and design
- Pre-populated admission application
- Targeted application generation
- Execution of email campaigns
- Enrollment optimization
