Proof The Ratti Report Works: Service King goes into review
Steve’s breakdown: A few days ago I was asked “how often are Ratti Report account review predictions right on target?” The truth is, all the time but we never prove it to anybody. That ends today with our first “Proof it Works” report.
Back in November we told our members how Service King wanted to be #1 but they had no agency. We predicted an account review and today Service King announced their new advertising AOR: Firehouse.
Congrats to Firehouse and to all of you who regard each and every lead we service up as a true opportunity. Happy Hunting!
DALLAS, TX: Independent, full-service advertising agency Firehouse today announced it has been named agency of record for Service King Collision Repair Centers, a multi-state operator of high-quality collision repair facilities and the fastest growing U.S. based collision repair company, effective immediately. The agency won the account following a review.
“From the moment we first connected to the final presentation this felt like one team. And the more we learned about their business and the opportunity, the more excited we got,” said Mark Hall, Founder and President of Firehouse. “This is a great organization on its way to becoming a national brand. We are thrilled to be able to partner with them and help them get there even faster.”
Firehouse will lead advertising responsibilities across new and traditional media. This includes brand strategy and creative development, media planning, search marketing implementation, as well as social media and public relations strategies. The multi-pronged program will support over 80 Service King locations, including those in Arizona, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas.
“Following an intensive search, we are thrilled to have Firehouse — a Dallas-based company like ours — as our advertising partner,” said Gregg Murry, Vice President of Advertising at Service King. “The Firehouse team demonstrated their unique knowledge and understanding of our business and we’re eager to take their insights to market.”
Service King will join Blackmon Mooring, a national leader in both residential & commercial cleaning as well as disaster restoration, as a new client for the agency so far in 2013.
