Nonprofit Seeks Global PR Support

DOHA, Qatar: Global foundation Education Above All has issued a Request for Quotation for agencies that can provide international PR services.

The Doha, Qatar-based initiative provides educational opportunities, particularly among communities facing poverty and crisis. It was founded in 2012 by her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, consort to the former Emir of Qatar, who has led educational and social reforms in Qatar for more than 20 years.

EAA is seeking an agency that can to support the foundation’s strategic corporate goals abroad. Scope of the work will include developing key messaging as well as a communications and business plan; creation of a media strategy and maintaining relations with international media outlets (particularly in the US and EU); creating six op-eds per year as well as securing between three and six media placements annually in international, top-tier media outlets; writing and editing speeches; securing moderators, speakers and media influencers for EAA events and developing all supporting media materials; creation of social media content and securing social media influencer support; media training; supplying media monitoring reports; and development of a crisis management plan.

The work is expected to begin January 1, 2019, and will continue for one year.

Bidders are required to submit their quotation and creative proposals via mail in two separate sealed envelopes: one containing two copies of the RFQ’s commercial offer and the other containing two copies of its technical offer. Bid should be sent to:
