EVERYWHERE, Europe: Axa is due to contact agencies about the next stages for its UK comms and marketing reviews. The insurance company had delayed all of its decisions until the end of November. The process is going through Oystercatchers and began in the summer.
Ikea‘s CRM and digital account pitch is due to take place this week, having gone through chemistry and tissue meetings. Lida, the incumbent, is pitching against DigitasLBI, MRM Meteorite and Proximity. There is due to be a second round of pitches in the middle of December.
Experian is close to appointing an agency after calling a review of its creative and media businesses earlier this year. Bartle Bogle Hegarty and PHD were the respective creative and media incumbent agencies. Oystercatchers had been managing the pitch process.

There is no incumbent and it is not clear whether the restaurant chain is looking for a single agency across an integrated account or separate agencies for above-the-line and digital. Agencies have been asked by the brand to complete a request-for-information document this week.
