The successfully chosen agency will handle: media relations and engagement, content development, executive communications, media monitoring/coverage, corporate reputation management, and issues management. They should be proactive, understand a rapidly changing global marketplace, provide strategic micro and macro level analysis, as well as very heavy media relations. The chosen agency will have extensive travel industry expertise along with experienced people running the business.
