LONDON, UK: Red Bull is understood to have initiated talks with UK agencies regarding PR support for its sports activities.

The iconic energy drinks company is perhaps best-known for its sports sponsorship platform, which includes a Formula 1 racing team and its association with numerous extreme sports.

The brand’s retained media communications agency is Pretty Green, although it is unclear if this business is under threat.

The company also works with TVC Group, which supported the recent record-breaking Red Bull Stratos spacedive stunt.

A source familiar with the process said that Red Bull regularly works with different agencies across a variety of projects.

Red Bull sports communications manager Calum Gillies declined to comment.
