TORONTO, Canada: TD Bank Group is launching a closed creative advertising account review.

“Our business has experienced positive growth despite the dynamic changes in the market,” said Dom Mercuri, Executive Vice President, Community, Environment and Chief Marketing Officer.  “Looking ahead, we want to work with the creative agency partner that best helps us grow our business in the most effective and efficient manner. We have a responsibility to explore alternative agencies to either confirm continuing with our current agency or to partner with a new agency.”

TD has retained Joanne Davis Consulting Inc. to assist in the review process throughout this closed review.

The incumbent agency, DraftFCB Toronto, has been invited to participate in the closed review. TD’s other agencies of record – Starcom in Canada for media and Tierney in the U.S. – are not affected by the review.
