Quick-Start Tools, Customizable Profiles and Groups
Upon registration, community members who are interested in trying Atkins can sign up to receive a free Quick-Start Kit that contains a Quick-Start Guide about the diet, three Atkins bars and pocket carb counter.
Members will also have the ability to customize their online profiles including personalized home pages, personal weight-loss journey blogs and other social networking tools. There will also be a choice of 21 badges earned by reaching various milestones to showcase on the user’s personal home page.
Atkins community members will also be able to engage in live chats, instant message and receive real time alerts. Additionally, members will have the ability to create their own private groups for additional community support and encouragement. Members can keep their group private, or share by inviting others to join.
Community members will enjoy a new, improved recipe search tool to easily access more than 1,500 Atkins-friendly recipes. The Atkins meal plans have been expanded to offer suggestions for every phase and individual dietary needs, as well as a link to an integrated weight loss tracking system and carb counter.
