Duties:

• Create, manage and help execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed expectations
• Lead and manage customer acquisition efforts including internet marketing, PR, events, guerilla, viral, social and offline marketing efforts
• Analyze, evaluate and optimize all marketing activities
• Conduct and analyze market research
• Identify and capitalize on market trends
• Coach and mentor your team in order to maximize effectiveness
• Work closely with Business Development and Sales in order to reach corporate goals
• Work with Finance to build weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual budgets/forecasts
• Participate on the executive team and help develop strategies to help MOGL win

Experience Required:

• University degree, MBA welcomed
• 8+ years experience as a senior level marketing manager
• Experience working in a start-up or an extremely innovative company
