PledgeMusic cues up Adam Leach as marketing head

BROOKLYN, NY: PledgeMusic today announced the addition of Adam Lekach to its executive management team in the role of Senior Vice President, Marketing. He will report to CEO Dominic Pandiscia.

Lekach will oversee the company’s global marketing and campaign management strategy with responsibility for evolving cross-company synergies and driving increasingly better results for PledgeMusic’s partner base. He will also oversee public relations strategies for key campaigns and initiatives. His role extends across PledgeMusic’s expanding direct- to-fan ecosystem, which now includes NoiseTrade and Set.fm. The platform empowers more than 50,000 artists with inventive ways to connect with an active and rapidly growing user base of more than 3 million superfans to create new revenue opportunities throughout the music production and promotional lifecycle of their endeavors.

The industry veteran most recently served as Vice President Media and Partnerships for Kemado Media Group, consisting of Mexican Summer, Anthology Recordings, Software Recording Co., and Kemado Records. His extensive experience also includes nearly a decade in marketing and sales roles for Sony Music Entertainment.
