TouchTunes cues up new CMO

NEW YORK, NY: TouchTunes Interactive Networks, the largest interactive out-of-home entertainment network in North America, has named Patricia Shores as its new Chief Marketing Officer. Based in New York, Shores will spearhead marketing strategies, product marketing, and consumer engagement for the company. She will report directly to Steve Brecher, Chief Operating Officer of TouchTunes Interactive Networks.
Shores previously served as Vice President, Global Brand Strategy for American Express, where she oversaw master brand strategy and connected it to the company’s products and services. In addition, she spearheaded a mobile, social media, and PR initiative to bring younger, tech savvy consumers into the franchise.
“Patricia’s consumer and digital marketing expertise will make her a key player as our company continues its growth journey,” Brecher said. “As consumers continue to become more aware of and engaged with the TouchTunes network, Patricia will help create and manage impactful communications programs between our brand and our key audiences.”
TouchTunes programs content on more than 52,000 jukebox and television screens across North America and its interactive platforms attract millions of transactions every day. Through its two networks, TouchTunes Digital Jukeboxes and TouchTunesTV screens, the company holds an unmatched presence in the bar arena, reaching and engaging the coveted, tech-savvy 21-35 age demographic.

Shores brings years of senior-level marketing experience from her tenure at American Express. Prior to joining the Global Advertising and Brand Management group, she spent 5 years focused on small business at American Express OPEN. Prior to her work at American Express, Shores worked at Tellme, Rosetta, and Deloitte Consulting. Shores is a graduate of Harvard, where she received both BA and Masters in Business Administration degrees.
