AUGUSTA, ME: The University of Southern Maine is soliciting proposals to provide advertising agency services within the higher education market, as defined in this document. This document provides instructions for submitting responses, the procedure and criteria by which the Respondent(s) will be selected, and the contractual terms which will govern the relationship between the University and the awarded Respondent(s).
In FY16, campus tours, inquiries and applications increased at the University of Southern Maine (USM). To achieve on-going growth, we seek to continue utilizing our budget in the most strategic manner possible through understanding our key audience needs and motivations, their time spent with traditional and online media; the evolution of and new media/network opportunities, platforms, and types (e.g. SM, SEM, Digital, Video); regularly monitoring, gathering and analyzing data for advertising optimization; and pursuing continuous strategic and creative improvements throughout the year. Understanding the funnel of different audience approaches to inquiring and applying to a higher education institution is critical.
