PALO ALTO, CA: The City of Palo Alto is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for the Utility Marketing Services Division for creative development of collateral and marketing campaigns for programs and services; interactive activities, such as websites, microsites, mobile app development and optimization, interactive game development, streaming video, blog and podcast creation, HTML emails, search optimization, and social media applications; messaging development; refresh of program look and feel; strategic multilingual and multicultural marketing planning, design, translation and creation of campaigns; and project management ensuring timely delivery, vendor management and quality control.
The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work (or Services). The City has budgeted a maximum of $85,000 per year for a potential three-year period for these services.
