Kenya Tourism Board issues RFP

NAIROBI, Kenya: Kenya Tourism Board (KTB) is a body corporate established as a State Corporation under the State Corporations Act (Cap 466 of the Laws of Kenya). KTB is charged with the statutory mandate of promoting and marketing Kenya as a preferred tourist destination locally, regionally and internationally as well as be an advisory body to the industry on market needs and trends in the source markets.
In order for KTB to deliver its mandate of effectively and efficiently marketing and promoting Kenya internationally; we wish to competitively appoint Destination Marketing Representatives (MDRs) in the source markets with whom to work with. These Marketing Development Representatives will work with KTB to penetrate, develop, and grow the market by utilizing their skills and market expertise. They are an added resource to enable KTB optimize its marketing investments for higher value outcomes.
KTB in enhancing its reach proposes to appoint market development representatives in each of the following countries:
