AUGUSTA, ME: The University College – University Maine at Augusta is seeking responses to provide Television Marketing/Advertising as defined in this document. This document provides instructions for submitting responses, the procedure and criteria by which the Respondent(s) will be selected, and the contractual terms which will govern the relationship between the University and the awarded Respondent(s).

University College (UC) is a premier access point for both traditional and nontraditional learners. The consistent brand appearance and messaging is important. A central component of this year-long digital campaign will feature the brand toolkit for the central creative advertisement that has been featured in digital, television, print and web products concerning UC.

A collaborative and flexible creative partnership with UC Marketing Department is critically important for the success of this campaign. Vendors must be responsive to suggested changes and limit charges for reasonable course corrections as quantifiable data about the campaign becomes available. Regular reports on the digital campaign performance must be a part of any successful proposal.
