RALEIGH, NC: The N.C. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking qualified Vendors that have extensive experience in conducting communication research, conceptualizing, designing, implementing and evaluating social marketing communication/media campaigns, particularly health oriented campaigns. Awarded Vendors shall provide technical services including production of communication materials and media and provide strategic marketing and media consultation as campaigns are identified. The Vendors must demonstrate significant expertise in understanding principles and concepts of social marketing and health promotion as well as working with diverse populations.
The objective of this RFP is to obtain the services of multiple qualified Vendors to manage and/or provide selected media services/campaigns. Vendors awarded contracts as a result of the RFP will receive individual Scope Statements when future campaigns are identified and funded. Each Vendor will be requested to submit a cost and technical proposal for each Scope Statement issued during the contract period unless Vendor declines to participate in a particular campaign. The Vendor with the best overall proposal for each Scope Statement, based on the Evaluation Criteria outlined in section 3.4, will be awarded the individual campaign.
