Check Into Cash invests in 1st CMO

CLEVELAND, TN: Barbara Wolf has joined Check Into Cash as the company’s first Chief Marketing Officer. Ms. Wolf previously served as vice president of Marketing and Product Development for Chicago-based PLS Financial Services, Inc.

Check Into Cash is one of America’s largest consumer financial services retailers, offering an array of affordable short-term lending solutions, as well as check cashing and other convenient services, at its more than 1,000 locations.

Ms. Wolf developed and implemented PLS’s marketing and communication strategy since 2006. A visionary and inspiring leader, Ms. Wolf built the PLS brand into one of the industry’s strongest, and oversaw $15 million in annual advertising and promotional support for the company’s more than 350 retail locations.

Prior to her tenure at PLS, Ms. Wolf held marketing leadership roles at Schering-Plough and Alliant Food Service. She earned a Master’s degree in marketing from DePaul University.
