CMO parks at TBC Corp

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL: TBC Corp. has hired Scott Stoughton, formerly assistant vice president of marketing for Pep Boys – Manny, Moe & Jack, to be chief marketing officer, responsible for the strategic development and implementation of marketing, advertising and e-commerce initiatives.
TBC Chairman, CEO and President Larry Day cited Mr. Stoughton’s “extensive agency experience coupled with his expertise in brand development” as assets he’s bringing to TBC’s wholesale and retail business units.
Mr. Stoughton was with Pep Boys from 2008 until this hiring, according to his Linked-In profile. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in retail brand management, marketing and customer acquisition.
Additionally, he held manager, director and vice president positions in prominent national advertising agencies, including Zimmerman Partners Advertising, Chiat-Day and Arnold Worldwide, TBC said.
