Russo Development gets new marketing chief

Steve’s breakdown: Here’s a classic real estate account and a young do getter. The perfect combination to pitch.

CARLSTADT, NJ: Lisa Sikora has been appointed director of marketing of Russo Development, joining the management team with eight years of real estate marketing experience. She will oversee all marketing, public relations, branding and advertising initiatives of the company.

“Lisa is a welcomed addition to our growing team of industry experts,” stated Michael Pembroke, senior vice president of leasing and marketing. “Lisa’s experience in residential real estate will be a huge asset as we expand into multi-family development projects and her prowess in brand-building will strengthen Russo’s quality brand.”

Sikora began her career at Pulte Homes, specializing in market research and analysis, and transitioned to Beazer Homes, where she held several positions, providing tactical support for the sales, marketing and operations of 13 new home communities across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. She served as marketing manager for the National Association of Home Builders where she reinforced the NAHB brand through integrated marketing campaigns incorporating educational programs, conferences, trade shows and targeted promotions. Most recently, she worked within Jones Lang LaSalle’s Mid-Atlantic marketing team, strategically positioning the assets of their Washington D.C. portfolio and elevating their business development efforts.

Sikora graduated from Rutgers College earning a bachelor of arts degree in journalism and political science and holds a New Jersey real estate license. She is an avid marathon runner and lives in Hoboken.
