UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School enlists CMO
Before joining UNC Kenan-Flagler, Schinelli was the associate vice president for marketing and communications at Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey, where he was responsible for designing and overseeing integrated marketing initiatives across traditional and new media channels. He also led brand positioning and creative development for Stevens’ advertising efforts and managed the news and media relations department at the organization.
“I am delighted that Michael is joining UNC Kenan-Flagler as CMO,” noted James W. There, he was responsible for establishing vision, strategies and partnerships to support communications processes for the Fortune 100 Company and its 850 locations. In his earlier role as director of creative operations at Macy’s, he oversaw in-store marketing design, graphics and creative development within context of the corporate integrated marketing process.
