W. R. Berkley Corporation closes on new CMO

GREENWICH, CT: W. R. Berkley Corporation today announced the appointment of Jonathan M. Levine to the office of vice president and chief marketing officer. The appointment is effective immediately.

Mr. Levine has over 20 years of experience in the field of marketing, most recently at a leading global insurer. He earned a Bachelor of Journalism from the Missouri School of Journalism at the University of Missouri – Columbia and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Commenting on the appointment, William R. Berkley, chairman of the board and chief executive officer said, “Over the past 40 years, the Berkley name has become synonymous with financial strength and underwriting excellence worldwide.
