And we think these insights have a lot to do with new business. For instance, David makes a good point here. Just pitch what the prospective client is waiting to hear.

And by the way, we’ve always encouraged expanding services or ways-of-thinking to win new business whether it’s a fad or a movement in the market. We said it about Native Advertising just a week ago. We also said it about advertising to Muslims on January 3rd.

Just know what they want, learn, adjust and pitch. Simple! Not easy but simple.
