BNY Mellon/Dreyfus seeks CMO

NEW YORK, NY: This executive will lead marketing for the BNY Mellon/Dreyfus businesses (including, Intermediary Channels, Cash Management, and North American Institutional and Dreyfus Direct). The CMO will initially focus on driving growth by building marketing and digital capabilities to engage intermediaries and their clients, deepen relationships with
institutional clients. Business growth will determine timing and focus on connecting with a new generation of mass affluent consumers.

The CMO will establish working partnerships with EMEA/APAC IM, and corporate marketing (as needed), to provide connectivity and alignment on the strategic direction of marketing, brand strategy, and messaging for BNY Mellon Investment Management globally. This role will work alongside IM Marketing leaders and support IM Executives to ensure global connectivity and consistency on areas such as brand, web, marketing technology and thought leadership and when managing key Investment Management marketing initiatives. The CMO role will
serve as a senior member of the BNY Mellon/Dreyfus Executive Committee and will
play a critical role in defining and delivering a distinctive value
proposition. Qualifications Masters or MBA preferred. 15 years marketing experience. Experience in asset and/or wealth management preferred.
