WASHINGTON, DC: The scope of work is limited to updating a 3.5 hour interactive instructor-led training presentation that provides instruction on the Federal EEO Complaint Process, granting Reasonable Accommodation, Preventing Workplace Retaliation, and Maximizing the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution.  The presentation shall incorporate the technologies of an Audience Response System, video, voiceover scenarios, 3D animations, illustrations, Flash presentations, and interactive applications to garner the attention of participants and ensure the successful transfer and retention of information shared during the instruction.  The presentation shall also incorporate Knowledge Checks which will use an Audience Response System to measure learning and to gauge how well the participants enjoyed the learning process and the extent to which they gained knowledge and skills.
