Durex has a sex video project

Steve’s breakdown: Agencies are asked to submit a short video pitch summarizing your concept AND a rough cut of the :15 second spot. All concepts must be submitted by 11:59 EDT on May 6th, 2013 and the brief can be downloaded here.

PARSIPPANY, NJ: Durex is a brand that focuses on lovers, giving them the tools to be intimate with each other (while remaining safe in the process.) Fetherlite Ultima condoms are a natural extension of this approach – as their thinnest condom, it allows couples to be closer than close.

The brand is looking for concepts that cultivate an emotional/aspirational response in the consumer and communicates the “closer than close” story, the idea that couples have a deep desire to connect both in and outside of the bedroom.

This is an ideation assignment! Here’s how it works:

Based on the creative brief, you are asked to submit a short video pitch summarizing your concept AND a rough cut of the :15 second spot (intended to be re-shot in post-production.)

Durex will purchase at least one concept in this assignment and the creator will be paid $3,000 for their idea.

It is very important that you read the entire creative brief before you begin to craft your concept. If you have any questions at all, please make sure to reach out to us in the townhall. We will be monitoring it closely and encourage you to be interactive!
