WASHINGTON, DC: The Federal Bureau of Investigations is conducting market research to determine the capabilities of the IT industry to provide a social media application. The tool at a minimum should be able to meet the operational and analytical needs described in the attachment.

Please use capability requirements attached, as a “white paper” guide for developing your solution(s). Demos may be provided on a limited basis. This RFI will be updated to reflect potential opportunities to provide demos, if they are deemed necessary.

Finally, please note that this is not a request for proposals and no submissions will be accepted as offers for award. All submitted solutions should include price estimates for the respective solution(s) which will be reviewed and used for market research and planning purposes.
