NANTICOKE, PA: Luzerne County Community College Purchasing Department will receive sealed PROPOSALS for the following: Media Buyer Services & Advertising Production.

Firms interested in submitting a proposal should call the College’s Purchasing Office at 570-740-0370, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to request specifications. Proposals must be received before Noon local prevailing time, on Friday, April 27, 2012.

Luzerne County Community College reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors, or omissions in, or to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof.
