NHCC operates Nassau University Medical Center, a 530-bed tertiary care teaching hospital. They are seeking an advertising firm to promote the institution.

EAST MEADOW, NY: The Scope of Services that are required are as follows:
The Scope of Services outlined below has been established for the purpose of achieving and implementing program goals and objectives described in this document. Although the Scope is intended to serve as a reference in the preparation of the proposal, forthcoming proposals may offer additional services which support the goals of this RFP.
The proposed vendor shall provide those services customarily performed by an advertising agency necessary for the development, preparation and placement of advertising in various media. The purpose of this advertising will be to make the general public and/or specific groups or markets aware of the attributes of the NuHealth System. Priority will be given to those agencies with public hospital healthcare experience.
Services shall be performed on an as needed basis. Possible projects include:
A. Creation and placement of print advertising, internet/web, radio and postcard mailings, television advertising and other media such as outdoor and bus signage.
B. Writing,designing,illustratingorotherwisepreparingadvertisements,including materials to be posted, copied and art to be printed.
C. Ordering space, time, or other advertising means and endeavors while securing the most advantageous rates available.
D. Copy writing, photography, printing and design of major marketing brochures and design of Web site templates reflecting a unified overall look and theme.
E. Content development and management of regular website updates.
F. Digital marketing strategy, including Search Engine Marketing and social networking development.
G. Other related services
