NEW YORK, NY: SPI Group has announced that Robert Cullins, CEO of the company’s Stoli Group subsidiary, will step down effective October 15. SPI called the move “a joint decision” and part of an ongoing restructuring aimed at accelerating international growth. SPI Group CEO Dmitry Efimov, who took over for the departed Val Mendeleev earlier this year, credited Cullins with expanding the business into new geographies and building “a strong global distribution network” during his tenure. Cullins joined Stoli Group in 2011 as global commercial director and was named CEO in February of last year.
