PURCHASE, NY: Move over cash, there’s a new King in town! Imagine not waiting in lines to pay your bills with cash, or being excluded from Cyber Monday & all online shopping because you can’t pay with cash on the internet. Now, with MasterCard prepaid card products, there’s a better way to pay.
MasterCard currently has a campaign in market around the concept “Your Money Smarter” that illustrates the benefits of MasterCard prepaid cards vs. using cash. Along those same lines, the goal of this assignment is to create humorous and sharable videos that will clearly demonstrate “cash purchases gone awry!”
Your submission should consist of two :15 second vignettes (submitted together as one :30 second-ish piece–we realize there is going to be some downtime between the two :15 second vignettes). The vignettes should relate to each other either through common characters or theme. Be funny and informative in your approach but make sure to showcase real-life situations where MasterCard prepaid is the hero.
