HARRISBURG, PA: The Secretary of the Commonwealth (Pennsylvania) requires a vendor to provide creative advertising services for the 2012 General Election Voter Education Media Campaign.  The focus is on the new requirements of the recently enacted House Bill 934, Act 18 of 2012.  The law requires that voters present photo identification at the polls beginning November 2012.  The Department seeks to educate voters with regard to voting procedures and to drive citizens to the www.VotesPA.com website for detailed information.
