HOUSTON, TX: The University invites you to submit a proposal to develop online marketing plan to increase enrollment and public awareness of the University of Houston’s course and program offerings at off- campus center in Sugar Land and Northwest Houston and in the University’s six selected professional master’s degrees and or certificates.
Plan should include respondent’s ability to incorporate demographic, business, and psychographic information to align with target markets. Execute marketing plan through the development of online landing pages, pay-per-click advertising campaigns, and integration with a CMS. Develop web-based ads to support marketing plan.
Provide monthly assessments and evaluations regarding campaign effectiveness to include detailed analysis of number of visitors, number of clicks, and yield rates.
Contractor will not use proxy site to perform assigned tasks. Landing pages and CMS will be managed by UH.
