The more senior position is for a Vice President – Commercial Operations – Finance
Diversified Agency Services

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic
§ Negotiates new worldwide client contracts/MSAs on behalf of
DAS/Holding Company

§ Responsible for the ongoing key client contracts, providing leadership
and support for client renegotiations, effectively managing all key
financial metric

§ Align and define compensation models

§ Develop and implement Best Practices for contracts

§ Build new client relationships and partner with senior most client
stakeholders across Procurement, Marketing and Finance

§ Lead team that will monitor and track savings/efficiencies within
operational model

§ Share learning’s and advocate best practices across company partners
to ensure maximum savings are realized

§ Streamline processes with agencies to drive maximum efficiencies

§ Oversee development of MSA’s, SOW’s, change orders

§ Collaborate with agency leadership and Holding company leadership

Consultative
§ Provide external and internal financial training

• Internal: compliance to MSA, SOW development, pricing,
PO/billing process, change order process, savings template

• External: compensation methodology, SOW
development/change order process, capturing
savings/efficiencies

Executional
§ Oversee consistent financial tracking and reporting tools across
the holding company for each client

§ Manage team to establish timelines and ensure compliance on all
financial reporting requirements

Education:
§ Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting or finance is required;
an advanced degree is preferred

Experience Required:
§ Minimum 15 years of marketing industry experience is required

§ Minimum 15 years of professional experience in a Finance or
Accounting position is required; preferably in a client finance
capacity

§ Minimum 6 years of leadership experience on a global team

§ Client-facing, direct negotiation experience with C-suite clients

Skills Required:
§ Advanced and proven financial and contract negotiation skills

§ Dynamic presentation skills and ability to both read and manage a
room of c-suite executives

§ Makes decisions in a timely manner; can establish what is critical
and eliminate roadblocks

§ Clearly communicates what needs to be done, maintains dialogue
with those involved, monitors process and results, follows through
on priorities

§ Possesses advanced analytical and technical skills

§ Applies knowledge about the current and future practices, trends,
technology and information to the business

§ Demonstrates awareness of the competition and opportunities for
the business and clients
